ilestones Children’s Centre is conveniently located on the corner of Sunset Drive and Shaw Valley Drive. Our 1.5-acre location is home to a building designed and built specifically with the needs of children in mind, ample parking spaces and 3 play yards that look onto a treed area for a park like setting.
Milestones Children’s Centre is licensed for 103 children including infants, toddlers and preschoolers.
Milestones Children’s Centre – Assumption is conveniently located on the corner of South St. and Queen St. South in Aylmer.
Milestones Children’s Centre – Assumption is licensed for 49 children including infants, toddlers and preschoolers.
The success of our Children’s Centre is based largely on the quality of our program Educators. Milestones Children’s Centre strives to employ Early Childhood Educators who are registered in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators or those who are currently working towards an ECE diploma.
All Educators and the classrooms are evaluated monthly to ensure that licensing requirements and the expectations of MCC are maintained and exceeded. In order to maintain quality and to stay current, all Educators are required to participate in at least 8 hours of professional learning per year.
All employees are required to have:
- Valid Standard First Aid & CPR-C
- Up to date immunization
- Criminal Reference Check/Vulnerable Sector Check
